Framework 05: Evaluation Prism

Whether an idea is strengthened or destroyed usually comes down to the quality of feedback. As Planners, our role is not to become judge and jury over the ideas developed within our organizations. It’s to provide insight that helps birth new ideas and feedback that sharpens them. The Evaluation Prism is a simple tool that can structure feedback in a way that is clear and actionable.
